We have a mission.

February 14th approaches. To me that is Saturday, but it is a date of significance for some. In recognition of this Alani suggested we instead organize and host a Pal-entines Day party for the mansion as an alternative. 

 

As our leader, this has been decided.

 

We shall host a party. Requirements: Catering, dishware, decorations, and activities. I shall supervise. And make chocolates.

 

Let's throw off the shackles of societally-induced, commercially-motivated FOMO together.

High school has not exposed you to this? Their curriculum seems wanting.

Valentine's Day is for romantic partners. Pal-entine's Day is a platonic alternative for those who do not have, do not wish to have, or are making a point of not allowing themselves to be defined by a romantic relationship.

It also does not come with the societal expectation of roses, fancy dinners, and diamonds, so it is also much cheaper.
